Kansas has some really good Juco Schools to recruit and Kansas has better talent than most people know about. If he can establish a border he might be successful. He is also familiar with Texas and I am sure he could get some diamond three stars that get over looked by all the other schools.

Clearly, you underestimate the job of a recruiting coordinator. Your recruiting coordinator lays quite of bit of the ground-work. Him leaving is not a problem. Him leaving in the middle of July is a problem.
