Yeah I wonder how long he will be at QB once he makes it on campus since VOLS, AU and Miss St have offered him strictly at QB.

We're in Nunez's top 2 also but I would imagine they have Gentry above him on the board.

Zach Gentry out of New Mexico. More of a traditional passer with some decent legs compared to Gibson

Yep. Looking at 247's instate rankings, I think we've got a very legit shot at pulling 4 of the top 6 in Tennessee (Jennings, Richmond, Phillips and Jones). Maybe even 5 depending on Van Jefferson.

We should pull 4 of the top 5, only missing out on McGraw. Which I think will be a battle to the end. Butch isn't going to let a t5 kid in state slip out with out giving them something to think about. IMO, that recruitment isn't over yet. We'll see

Well Jefferson is a Ohio State legacy but he loves him some Butch right now. I'll be interested in seeing how that plays out.
And I know Butch is still after McGraw hard but he really just doesn't seem to dig VOLS too much. Sorta reminds me of Jalen Ramsey in a way. Signing 2 of the top 10 Safeties in the country last year takes a little bit of sting out of losing him though imo.

We're still hard after them. Jennings will be a Safety for VOLS most likely.
JC Shurburtt said last week that Jennings would be a 5* on 247 if he would commit to playing safety. Said he's a 3* QB and 5* ATH iirc.

It's always nice to add another elite DB to your roster. Good pick up for the Big Orange. Makes it a little bit nicer that he's an instate kid too.

I mean, you posted that prediction out of nowhere. It's not like 15 or so crystal ball picks on 247 came in for UT the week or so before you posted that.
