This is how I would list them as well. 3-5 could be interchangeable.

I don't doubt that, kid looks like a stud. Regardless I'd still take Hurd over him in a heart beat

I like Cook better than Michel. Personal preference I suppose.

Honestly, I would probably put Mixon a little higher if the kid wasn't such a headcase. He screams bust in college in my opinion. Not because of lack of talent but just because of maturity issues.

Just like most UGA fans would take Chubb and Michel over Hurd in a heart beat.

On that note, isn't Chubb the #1 rated back out of Georgia for this class?

And isn't Michel the #1 rated back out of Florida for this class?

Those are really big states with alot of talent. It says alot to be #1 in either of them, at your position.

Big statement by both of the UGA pickups with getting that rating. As you have to be elite as frick to be top 2 in either.

Jalen rushing for 3357 yards on 317 attempts against the Nashville metro area talent makes a huge statement as well playing against the best HS football region in the state. He's shattered every state rushing record and the dude is just a freak athlete

Hurd and Michels are without a doubt neck and neck IMO but I don't see the Chubb is = or > then Hurd at all. Hurd and Michels both look faster then Chubb IMO

Sony Michels highlights

Nick Chubb

Jalen Hurd

Does Hurd play against MBA or Brentwood Academy?

Beech is a 5A and MBA and Brentwood are both A2

That being said Beech went 15-0 last year and 6 - 0 vs the top 25 teams within the 4A, 5A, and 6A divisions

1. Sony
2. Fournette

However the best RB recruit in the country isn't mentioned in this thread.

I think Hurd will be a TE/H-back but I think he will be very very good at that spot and it is for sure his best spot as far as NFL potential.

You guys are sleeping on Roc. His upside is ridiculous.

1. Roc Thomas- Physical, Elusive, hard to tackle......underrated pass catcher. Rumor is he needs to improve his attitude....That's "rumor" as I can't confirm...so I just state his case based on what I see on video.

2. Fournette- Great back at 6'1", 226 but he's older, more mature than other RBs in the class. He'll be 19 in January.......For perspective, Todd Gurley, 6'1", 232.... at UGA is just 5 months older than Fournette. Gurley is considered a top 2 RB in the nation heading into the season...Imagine if he were heading into his senior year in high school. Closer to his max maturity than others.

3.Sony Michel- If not for his ACL injury in 2011, he'd be #1 for me. He seemed about 85% last year...if he gets to 100%....look out. Great as a pass catcher as well.

4. Joe Mixon- The most versatile RB in the class. Very elusive for a taller RB at 6'1".

5. Nick Chubb- He's a grown a** man. Very powerful with underrated speed. Plays in a 1 dimensional offense....so he needs work running routes and catching passes. That'll come at UGA.

This. He has no real negatives. Big enough to break tackles, quick enough to elude defenders, fast enough to be a homerun threat, and a good receiver. Unfortunately, I don't feel good about Auburn getting him in the end
