Tell you what. I'm going to be in Dallas for the game next year. I've got family in Dallas, El Paso and Katy and we are all converging on Dallas the Wednesday before that game (not knowing if it is going to be a Thursday or Saturday game yet), and then we're driving down for the game from there.
If y'all wanna meet somewhere in College Station, I'll buy at least the first three rounds if the Good Lord is willing and the creek don't rise and my health holds up.
That's supposed to be the grand opening for the new and improved and enlarged Kyle Field right?

If it's a Saturday game I'll meet you for a beer scrooster. And it better be a fricking Saturday game because we are not down with that Thursday bullshite. You strike me as the type of guy that would love the Dixie Chicken

I too am hoping it is a Saturday game but who knows with the SEC offices always piddling with schedules.
Both teams should be loaded next season ... both sides of the ball.
SCAR's defense next year should be incredible.
Y'all should be loaded next year on both sides of the ball.
I would imagine the SEC is going to try to keep ours the opener for the league every year - I'm not crazy about that but I don't see where they can squeeze the game in anywhere else.
Y'all are going to have to put up with my 77 year old uncle. He's an oil man, getting up there in years, but he can still hang with the best of us. We're old school drinkers in my family. I'm picking up a couple of family mausers while I am down there. We're shooting somewhere in Dallas, or just outside of Dallas, while I'm there. We're staying at his house in Southlake, which is pretty close to the airport. He's so excited about this yearly match-up that he's already planning the event calendar more than a year out.
He'll be here in a little over a week so I'll get more details then.
But we're on. I look forward to meeting some of y'all. We'll have to figure-out how to exchange contact information.
