It's kind of early for LSU fans to give up on football and shift their focus to basketball. That usually happens after the first weekend in November.

How is LSU landing these kids in 2017 and 2018? Solid, but unspectacular program with a coach that won at a program that his predecessors had no difficulty winning at, either. Not meaning to sound harsh, but this is what it looks like from an outsider's perspective.

LSUMBB has often recruited well which is why we've produced some bigtime MBB players over the years. And LSU is second in the SEC in winning SEC Championships (real tites, not tournament titles) albeit waaaay behind #1 UK.
