He only took the job from Miller because of an injury that knocked him out for a few games.

Taking a starting QB job in HS from a 3* TE is going to be a little different than taking it from Jacob Eason. Barring injury, Eason looks like the #1 overall pick in 3 years. I still can't believe that throw he had in y'alls spring game. Absolutely filthy.

Sort of true. We've had seasons where the talent wasn't there (08,14,15) which would lead one to believe that maybe we haven't been consistently taking the elite QB prospects (or they weren't panning out). Ultimately, these guys have to get on campus and show up on the field, but happy with how things are looking right now.

If we can get Lawrence, in 2018 we'll have the #1 QB from 2016, #3 from 2017, and #1 from 2017.

We've never recruited THAT well.

You must have missed our QB recruiting from 2002-2005 and 2010-2015.
