So rant logic on LSU lean dropping like Marvin Wilson Is Bama mods.

Then you see how far Moses dropped and that argument falls apart.

Bama definitely had some bumps and dumps in this ranking.

Stanford is quietly recruiting lights out. 4 5* players and two of them top 10 tackles

Think he lands at Texas. Mama factor. She wants him in Austin.

Surprised Jacob Phillips was not ranked. Had a great week at the AAA game

Very top heavy. Not a lot of depth.

Speaking of, I'm surprised Allen didn't get his 5th star. Has prototype size and the production to match it. We whiffed on Moultry

He has the measurables to be a 1st round pick.... But then you look at his film. Watch his last two games, State Championship and Under Armour game.

He doesn't have that killer instinct to take someone's head off like you want for a true ILB. He's timid to lay the wood at times but is quick to the ball.

He can be coached up however. Just saying his film is not that of a 5-star.

Will Bama use him as a ILB, or will use him as a end?

#22- Tua Tagovailoa (Bama)

Disclaimer: I think Tagovailoa will be an excellent college quarterback. Just getting that out of the way. He would be a 5* based on college potential if I was ranking them.

That said, I don't see how you can rank a QB below 6'3" as a 5* using 247's criteria of NFL draft potential unless they are absolutely game-changing explosive athletes.

I don't get why they dropped Wilson. They had him as one of their top 10 performers at the UA game, he did well at the Opening, and his senior film is very impressive. I guess that somehow equates at 19 spot drop.

If we somehow managed to land Chaisson, Wilson, Shelvin, Phillips, Gay, And Etienne it would be insane.

Probably more to do with others getting bumps.

Good question. I think of the guys in this class at LB, Allen and Cowan are the ones built like pass rushers and are already good at it. Moses and Benton are built like inside backers but on the same token, Dylan plays better downhill and is a good pass rusher himself. He can get lost in space right now in coverage where his elite measurables are an asset rushing the passer. I could see Dylan's career taking the same path as Rashaan Evans. They're similar physically. Evans started out as a situational edge rusher and then
transitioned to inside linebacker

In the end I see Allen on the outside. Mack Wilson is only a year ahead of this group and Ben Davis redshirted. I think they're the middle linebackers of the future in the base defense. Allen and Moses are physically ready to play and outside linebacker is going to be an easier path

Stanford used to be nothing heavy.

Relative to school, Shaw is doing a great job

And I'm pretty sure he got flagged in the state championship game for just obliterating the quarterback

So, who is the biggest faller? Moses or Wilson?

Wilson. He fell 19 spots and Moses fell 16.
