Pimp I don't think it's as much that as Hootie finally realized his S position might not be the staff's fit for him at LSU and he was miffed they had other S higher

Truth is he is a much better fit than even Kwon for the roaming LB/S role in Chiefs D (think Lavonte David in Tampa is the optimum for of course at a larger size but an elite cover man at OLB in zone) as a guy who could bulk up a little bit and play OLB and still cover fairly well

Adams is more of a back end S

I know.

Which means Bama couldnt have processed him and LSU couldnt have turned him away

Thus this story is bogus

A lot of speculation going around about his visit. That he may have done something he should not have. I understand a story might be coming out soon in regards to what happened and why he decommitted. Combine that with Harris tweeted a player from Monroe may be ineligible to play for UA I am thinking Hootie and some kind of violation may have happened on the visit. Or what may appear to be one. I have seen the NCAA keep a player from attending a school because of simple violations during the process.

Ah get where you were going ok

I agree both sides he was being courted by for months aren't going to "process" I don't care how bad he was his Sr year...that's stupid

After the dead period I expect a good bit of shite-slinging on this and I wouldn't rule out either OM or tOSU

Again Urban sang the same BS song & dance with Vonn Bell and it worked wonders and he was a recruit I hated Bama missing on ESPECIALLY after OM pulled Connor

LSU gets Adams...Bama gets Hampton.

If we get Adams, I couldn't care less who anyone else gets at S. He is just the perfect FS prospect for our scheme.

And yes, so many keep saying that Hootie is an SS prospect and Adams is a FS. I get that. Many do. I think most others keep saying they want Adams is because they don't want taking Hootie to hurt with the perception of starting opportunities with Adams. Meaning, as fans, yes we'd like Hootie, but we'd prefer to have Adams locked up first before taking Hootie to make sure that it doesn't mess with Adams' mind. Even if the staff is telling Adams that they'd play opposite S spots, as fans we don't want anything to disrupt the chances of getting Adams.

I hope you go and read my reasoning on the SEC Help board and understand the reason I feel the way I feel about it

Not ONE Bama poster has condoned what she did in a drunk state over a game that kids all over this state, Miss, La, Fla work hard and train and prepare for but still is just a game in the end and the line that was crossed between that and Murder should never have been crossed so why in the frick would you try and idolize her as your pic?

I have been on both sides of the situation and seen the chaos and heartache that sort of situation can cause (never been over something like a game but over money, drugs, etc) and if you are that insensitive to it and that obsessed with pissing off other Bama posters then have it your way

It is just sad, really is

This is the last I'll mention on it, hope you change your mind but sadly it seems like your M.O. So Im not expecting it

I dont get this.

I dont see where Ed has condoned her actions or "idolized" her.

Sorry it hits a sore spot, but I'm with Ed on this one.

BTW if the rumor is true about Hootie no longer being an EE than the financial papers he signed for the spring are null and void. New papers would have to be signed for the fall. So neither UA or LSU are required to honor those papers.

Thread isn't deleted unless you're a bama fan.

What you missed was this, I don't think it's funny at all. I've never thought it was funny. It's dead serious, literally.

It shows a disgusting side of the Alabama fan base that worships everything bama and idolizes nick Saban.

And motherfrick you for trying to censor me, I served 5 years in the infantry and spent two of them in Iraq, while you were juicing up I was defending your right to be wrong.

I know AU had to stop recruiting Winston because of improper contact, but that wasn't enrolling

trying to think of a situation where a player wasn't allowed to enroll other than more obvious serios violation issues or even grade stuff masking violation issues like Jovon Robinson (and obviously whole story came out later)

A few years back a player KU was recruiting hard was playing at a HS for an away game. Some KU fans who were part of a officially recognized fan club of KU went to the game wearing KU gear. After the game they approached him and the reports only stated they told him great game and hoped he would come to KU. But it was deemed by the NCAA that the fans were boosters due to their association with the club and being season ticket holders. Hence they acted as representatives of the school and caused a violation that prevented the recruit from signing with KU. I will see if I can find the article. It was like 5 or so years ago.
