I listed a few gingers that I saw on the roster, in a previous post, that will never sniff the field (unless saban leaves his dirty underwear on it).
Bama fans keep claiming that Al. has all of these great players but can't tell me why Saban doesn't want them.
No need for anger or vitriol. I, like Saban, would prefer players from Fl., Ga., La., Tx. and Ms.
Apparently so do the many Bama fans that flock here to gloat every time they land another bench warmer from La.
I don't have time to list all of the players who have wasted their careers there. But I'll be back to shoot a few more fish-in-the-barrel later. It's fun.

Well shite sounds like he doesn't even need to bother with Louisiana recruits and should focus more on Alabama. Sounds like LSU should focus more on Alabama too.

I'm don't think we've really tried to. Certainly not the same amount of effort as you guys do recruiting Louisiana. I'm sure if LSU put as much effort into recruiting Alabama as Bama does Louisiana then LSU would pull a top recruit now and then.

Like several people pointed out a few pages ago, it largely comes down to connections. CNS and Burns have connections in LA, it would be foolish not to use them. When FSU had Craig and later Pruitt, they put a lot of effort into recruiting Alabama prospects and had success. Was it because there's a lack of talent in Florida or that the talent in Alabama is superior to that in Florida? Of course not. You use the connections you have.
