Sorry meant 29, I am hearing a LOT of noise on Channing Ward but just need to dig deeper to get a better grasp and add him to my list, could possibly be the surprise commit Bama always seems to get close to NSD

No, he wasn't. I already provided you a link once.

The loophole is that he grey shirted which put him in the 2011 signing class. This year he did not play and can be awarded a red shirt. As a member of the 2011 class the loophole question comes in if he is no longer on the team...which may allow one additional back count for an EE. I said "may" because I do not know how that rule actually works.

Which means he greyshirted in 10 and was apart of the 11 class.

On my list I put 6, 2 left in this class and 4 to backcount to last years and IF Gladney doesn't make it in that will be 1 more

If by back in it they mean he's going to take an OV for fun, then sure. He would have to be absolutely blown away for us to get any kind of serious consideration though. Like a 12 on a scale of 1-10 blown away.

Make sure Julio, Ozzie Newsome, and Cris Carter are all "conviently" on campus at the same time...

Is there even a shred of truth to some of the rumors I have heard about Cris Carter possibly joining our staff as a WR coach? If there is, it could definitely help.

I've heard them too, and I highly doubt he would quit his cushy job he has right now.

I've heard it too, but I've also heard CC doesn't have the academic requirements to be a collegiate assistant.

All he has to do is be working towards a degree.

I just don't see CC attempting to put forth effort academically.

I could be wrong though, he could be serious about getting into coaching.

You never know. Taking a couple of basic online classes doesn't take THAT much effort. He couldn't be more than 10 or 12 credit hours short of a degree anyway.

The only reason he would consider such a thing would be if he had a son and wanted to both set an example for that son and be able to help that son reach a goal by getting to the NFL. Working toward your kids dreams over your own is a huge motivation. Now all we have to do is figure out how to get his son to campus...
