What if the kid told Bama and Auburn he wasn't going to their schools and is the reason they stopped recruiting him?

He's from Prattville, so no fricking way.

Im from prattville. I've been around all of them and watched them play for years. I don't expect Gulledge, Shanks, or Thomas to do much at college. I think Thomas has the best chance because I can see him doing alright in an option offense. These guys are overhyped because they played for Prattville.

To attempt to get this thread back on topic. Congrats to the Vols on getting Bourque. He's got a ton of talent. Just to warn you before he ever sets foot on campus, get ready for drama in dealing with his dad. The moment that Dooley tries to move him away from RB or he's not playing as much as dad thinks he should, there will be rumors of a transfer. If Dooley and company can keep Landry away from the program then Bourque can end up being a good player for the Vols. If they let Landry get inside the program then it's going to be trouble. Over/under is 3 years with a redshirt before the transfer talk begins.

Do not want. If you can't start for your High School team, you shouldn't get a scholarship to an SEC school.

Dooley won't be around to hear those transfer talks.
