Which makes citing our depth as a reason for decommitting, but only to have Baylor as one of the frontrunners, is dumb. But it is what it is

Logic in adults these days

He is leaving ATM becasue of WR depth. He wants to continue looking at schools that are near home, not go somewhere closer to home than ATM.

My thoughts too. It's a bummer to lose a talent like Lodge, but this may go a long way to helping land Merritt in the end.

Kirk, Siverand, Merritt would be pretty damn salty.

Everybody saying Baylor it seems like. Oh well, that's the ideal position for us to lose a top commit if it has to happen

This is the guy from the same high school as Adeboyejo and originally from MS, right?

I think we have a shot.

We'll be ok with another W over the Ag's.

But hey, you still got Speedy

I think it comes down Baylor and A&M with Ole Miss in the mix aka hat on the table, but I think he ends up back with A&M. I can only imagine all the shite that is being thrown his way. A&M can easily win him back. "Hey, yes, we are stacked at WR, but a guy your caliber has nothing to worry about. There is a reason every school offered you."

I don't think he signs with us. It seems like kids who decommit never end up signing with that school. I certainly hope he does though, and if he doesn't I hope he goes to the Big 12 so we don't have to face him
