Dude, he may only have 10 toes so you know he can't count higher than that. Give him a break.

The last time I read about this kid the chances of LSU flipping him were less than zero. Hell, he said he'd rather sit the bench at Bama than play at LSU.

I don't think I'm going to get my hopes up.

We shall see if he shows up next week like it was all planned out, right? Why set up the initial visit this weekend when everyone was going to be there next weekend? This is big because Orgeron spent all day Thursday with him. LSU is definitely back in contention for Allen.

I think if he makes the Bama trip next weekend he stays committed to them. Only chance LSU has is if he shuts it down after this weekend, which I just don't see happening.

Just glad we are getting his last visit. Would've been concerned if LSU would've got the last word on him.

Huge get for both teams, but I think he sticks with us in the end.

Agree with you on this one. Was hoping we'd get the last.

I feel pretty confident on Mathis though.

Nice spin, Tim Watts. So Orgeron spent all day with him Thursday and this story comes out. I'm sure Saban is cool with it.

Why does your fan base keep setting up for failure.??? Florida Game..Hiring Tom Herman, Hiring kiffin, Dylan Moses..ect ect.
I gotta tip my hat to your glass half full attitude when all recent signs have pointed to the dumpster fire. When will the total let down come? When Mississippi State beats you next season?

Did he cancel completely, or did he reschedule to be there next weekend which is Bama's biggest weekend remaining (and also happens to be closer to signing day)?

So you're Ok with LSU having the first shot and the potential he flips and never visits Bama?

This wasn't some plan orchestrated by Saban as Watts wants Gumps to believe. Not on less than a days notice after Orgeron kept a promise, made him his first visit and spent the whole day with him.

Also, this is one of our 3 BIG recruiting weekends. All our officials were saved until after the dead period. He's going to be surrounded by LSU commits this weekend.

not sure if alter or new...either way take this B.S. to the rant...We need to keep the recruiting board somewhat civil

You must be new here. Keep your sanctimonious self back to your home board. Your teams fans have infiltrated the RB with trolling for the last 6 months and the mods don't stop it.

I'd prefer Bama to have the visit closer to signing day and during a weekend when we have other BIG recruits in with him, yes. I don't think he flips at all, but I also know that Saban still has the in home and I doubt the kid goes from Bama commit to not even allowing Bama to continue recruiting him and/or coming into his home. Odds of him flipping would be greater if he visited LSU the weekend before signing day, not 3 weeks.

Maybe. Maybe not. LSU side is going to say that their sales pitch is the reason he decided to be at LSU this weekend. Bama side is going to say they asked him to visit next weekend (the biggest weekend we have left) instead. Either way, I like Bama's chances to hold on to the kid.

And he'll be surrounded by Bama commits and early enrollees next weekend. Let's just let it all play out is my point, but you guys are welcome to keep doing this to yourselves until the end of time if you'd like.

Maybe Moses and some other EEs can work some magic on him. Good luck to the kid whatever he chooses.

It's like watching a car wreck in slow motion..but it never ends. That's all I was doing was asking when the impact happens. I will try to go a more PC route next time.
