Here's Fehoko benching 185 lbs. 42 times as a HS Senior

What High school put only 185lbs on the bar for a Dlinemen?

High school testing events are generally done with 185 I thought, vs. college/NFL 225.

I am always skeptical of guys that are playing and still want to transfer.

Congrats to LSU though.

Playing at texas tech, want to transfer to LSU. That's a step up I would say. Doesn't surprise me at all for a good player to want to be surrounded by other good players and be coached by Dave aranda. Pretty smart actually.

In some situations I would be, but the guy was having to play on the worst defense in the country and that can wear on a guy with some obvious talent. Not to mention playing DT in the Big 12 has got to be very frustrating as it is.

Why would that be?

Fehoko cited the number of plays a DT has to play in the BIG XII as one of the reasons he wanted to play in the SEC. He said "You get tired playing 60-70 snaps. They only play for 30-50 snaps in the SEC".

Here's how many snaps LSU defenders faced in each game last year by opponent:

vs. Wisconsin = 73 snaps
vs. Jacksonville St. = 69 snaps
vs. Miss St. = 64 snaps
vs. Auburn = 59 snaps
vs. Mizzou = 60 snaps
vs. Southern Miss = 73 snaps
vs. Ole Miss = 69 snaps
vs. Alabama = 70 snaps
vs. Arkansas = 55 snaps
vs. Florida = 52 snaps
vs. ATM = 74 snaps
vs. Louisville = 62 snaps
Fehoko has NO IDEA what he's talking about and he's in for a rude awakening.

I believe he is talking about the style of defense vs the style of offense in the big 12 compared to the sec. The big 12 as a whole is a pussy conference dude. Oklahoma being the only exception so don't take it personally. His skill set seems to be suited more for the sec and I think that's what fehoko is saying. Also the depth on the defensive side of the ball in the sec is better than the big 12 as a whole, which means you can rotate in and out more...maybe that's what he's referring to. If you are a stud defensive tackle, you want to be in the sec over the big 12 and there's really no debating that.

Ok. Whatever you say. He sure did have some bigtime sec programs after him to just be a backup caliber player. Or maybe, you're just jealous that LSU got a stud defensive tackle that you know would start day 1 at aTm...yeah, i believe that is what's really going on. You're defensive line is soft as charmin dude, including miles garrett.

How is it a "pussy conference" when the majority of your entire league, including your conference bell cow, now plays the same type of football? And LSU is about to do the same? Pussy league compared to what? The SEC is a one team league. That's a fact.

I agree that he played at Tech and they have no depth at DT to rotate in to keep him fresh, but he should've known that when he decided to commit to Tech because his big bubby played there. They've always been one of the worst defenses in the nation. They were that way when he committed to them.

It's just a soft conference. That's all I'm saying. Even with our teams transitioning to spread concepts we still have the ability in the offensive line and the running backs to pound it down your throat if we desire. That's the difference.

It's called depth and substitution.

It is? We haven't had Oline and RBs to pound it down your throat in the BIG XII?

LSU woud be competing for the big 12 every year man and you know it. Ok, lets see if oklahoma would rather play bama, lsu, auburn, georgia, florida, tennessee, texas am, arkansas...or play tcu, baylor, texas tech, kansas, kstate, Iowa state, texas, oklahoma state. Come on now it's really not a comparison. You would be lying if you say otherwise.

On what basis would LSU be competing for the BIG XII title every season with zero offense?

I think Oklahoma is doing just fine against SEC competition. Are you paying attention? In fact we're owning SEC competition. Call me crazy.

This isn't even worth arguing my man...leonard fournette vs joe mixon and samaje perine combined...then we have derrius guice coming off the bench. I will end my argument with that and let you think about what to say.

It's called defense and we would run the ball all over that soft arse conference. It's not that diffucult to understand.

Mixon will be an NFL Pro Bowler. Fournette will not.
