This is comical that bama fans accuse us of stealing he was committed to us in June and backed off looked around and found his heart again

Right... which is where that whole shuffle/stacking piece comes in. Going to be some decisions that have to be made, one would assume.

Reading back through the thread it appears they were talking about Mel Tucker and Tosh, along with some recruits, when Kirby left Alabama.

I never really understood what Alabama fans expected to happen in that situation. Some people were always going to go with Kirby when he left.

I think that the respect Alabama fans have for Kirby and the mutual respect that the two fanbases have for each other is really cool. Lots of elite players will decide between Dawgs and Tide over the next few years. Hoping/Looking forward to some epic meetings in Atlanta as well.

Not the fans on this board in particular, but elsewhere on the internet and IRL, actually. Just kind of a vibe where they thought he should defer to what Saban wanted, even when his new job essentially mandated that he do the opposite.
Maybe that's a smaller subset of Alabama fans that what I've personally read and heard.
