Bucc is trying to sound like a cryptic insider.
Tony's sister didn't get to take summer classes at LSU because her highschool didn't get the paperwork straight in time. LOI's for track aren't really binding, and their dad has been sick so she could go somewhere else. Because of this aTm is pushing for her to come there, to have a shot at Tony.
Nothing has happened to indicate she isn't coming to LSU.

Nothing has happened except Tony Brown reaching out to Coach Sumlin and the A&M Track Coaches having an in house visit with Tony.
Coach Pat Henry has a whole lot of skins on the wall in track. It was nice we were able to hire him away from LSU.

And tony has been hanging out with LSU commits and creating bonds at LSU's camps. Not to mention his best friends Ed paris and Chris hardeman are LSU commits

I haven't seen many cases where top recruits let friendship get in the way of good business in selecting a school.
