Everyone knows that Steele is just a beard. Miles promised Smith's uncle he could be the new defensive coordinator. It's sad that an SEC school has to offer an on-field coaching job to get a kid to commit.

Did you know there's a DL for IMG that's next?

Sorry but Florida is LSU's now

Name an LSU DLineman that has had the career Nkemdiche has had to this point?

I can't name too many LSU D-lineman who came in as the second-coming at defensive end, then turned out to be too slow and un-athletic and had to make the move to defensive tackle. So you win, I don't have any LSU alum to compare to that sort of player.

Can someone please remind me the last time LSU lost a db recruiting battle to Ole miss?

It isn't a recruiting battle when one school didn't really want the kid..

...but congrats on claiming it, though.

Sorry our season was too good to face the mighty gingers of Indiana in Nashville.

Congrats on getting beaten by less by a lesser opponent in a lower bowl.

No you just got annihilated in embarrassing fashion on National television. Legit skullfricking. Women and children had to turn away it was so bad.

I was completely unaware that defenses faced each other during games.....

What are you mumbling about? What does the rankings of each unit have to do with them playing against each other?

Idiot.

He's not even All-SEC 1st nor 2nd team and all of those guys were and went on to succeed at the next level so I'd say none of them for 200 points.

Ole Miss didn't want the #1 corner in the country?

Incorrect. I look forward to another 5* CB that Shea gets to torch. Congrats on the pickup.

To be fair, you don't have to be a very high caliber DB to intercept a Bo Wallace pass.

I think you mean "when one school knows they have no shot at landing a kid"

and you're right, there was no battle for this kid.

and even still.....we finished as the top defense in the country.

And what did Ole Miss win in the end ?

LSU had the number 1 ranked defense in the SEC last year despite having bend don't break Chavis ...

They dont need corners they've got patterson, defense will never have to play another down for the next 4 years

Don't get me wrong...we'd gladly find a place for him on our team. But we need someone that isn't afraid of competition.
