I think he picks UGA, but nobody really knows at this point. Mine is just a gut feeling

One of the deepest and most talented DT's classes in a long, long time

Big wknd!

Imagine a rotation of KMc, Tuttle, Vickers, O'Brien + Brown, Johnson, Picou, Mixon, & Mosley

Imagine a rotation of Trent Thompson, Brown, Rochester, and Tyler Clark.

And Michail Carter. And Daquan Hawkins. And Jonathan Ledbetter. And Michael Barnett. And Justin Young. And John Atkins.

Thompson looked good early-mid season 'til the injuries. Can he stay healthy and avoid what the Barns Lawson has had to go through?

Like Rochester and Clark

You lost four from the D-line rotation, Rockers got his work cut out

He had a sprained ankle I believe. He'll be fine if so.

Per Dawg's 247 site, his visit didn't go so well. Mansell says AU most likely, with UT having a real shot. He does think UGA still has a chance however.

Little bit of conjecture. A picture was posted of recruits at the BB game and he wasn't smiling. A bunch of posters took that and ran with it.

I haven't read anything from a reliable source that says it went poorly. Still think he ends up at Auburn though.

If he doesn't go to UGA, my confidence level just went way up.

He has kept things close to the vest, but I would be shocked if he went to MSU. 98% chance he ends up at UGA/AU/UT, imo.

Just don't get the appeal of Auburn, it's where 5 star D-linemen go to die. Still holding out hope he comes to his senses and stays home. Rochester, Clark, and Carter would still be a great class along the front. EJ Price is probably a bigger need as the dawgs desperately need quality OT's, hopefully we blow him away on his visit this weekend.

I'm not getting my hopes up at all, but he has gone on record saying his parents (both MSU grads) want him at MSU and talked up MSU on the way back from his AU visit.

I'd rather see him at MSU than Auburn or UT, he would be in the rotation from day 1.

Love to hear more about this. Of the three 5* DL we've had on our roster since 2009

Monty Adams - 3 year starter our best DL, CBS top 10 NFL Draft 2017 DT
Carl Lawson - frosh AA, missed SO/JR seasonss and CBS #2 DE for 2018
Byron Cowart- Only finished FR year looking to start SO yr

We are no beacon of DL play, but a quality FR defensive tackle will play early and often. May not have elite Mizzou Kuligowski development but we are a solid place to be if you want exposure

Just giving you Auburn guys a hard time, it seems like it's down to Auburn and UT. Who ever bags him will be getting a good one, a better prospect than Adams coming out IMO.
