Former LSU Tiger, Bucs linebacker Kwon Alexander led the NFL with 108 solo tackles, eight more than next closest player.

Debo jones is also the best rookie LB in last years class and one of the top overall players in last years class.

You're not flipping Phillips, I know his family. He's all OU. Willie Gay is just blowing smoke.

Thanks for clearing this all up.

I've no doubt you're speaking generally. That's why simpletons do. You're a tard. Aranda is a top LB coach in the country, so if this thread is about Gay being developed at LSU, you should see yourself out. MSU is a tier 3 program and you will never develop nor put players in the NFL like LSU. That is why LSU will always put recruit you. Sorry
Since I am a simpleton I'll be simple:
LSU has much better recruiting classes than MSU.
The players that go to LSU are more often than not more naturally talented than at MSU.
It is more difficult to develop players at MSU because the players are not as naturally talented.
I never said Aranda couldn't develop talent.
Where did I mention Aranda?
This thread is about linebackers.
LSU has 7 linebackers in the NFL.
MSU has 5 linebackers in the NFL.
Can you stop being a dick?

If you're looking for proof of Houston's legitimacy, look no further than what Bill Belichick said about the most versatile defensive player on the Texans.
Nope, not the injured J.J. Watt. Not even Jadeveon Clowney. This is what the Patriots head coach said Monday about inside linebacker Bernardrick McKinney.
"Well, he's a very good football player. We did a lot of work on him coming out of Mississippi State," Belichick said. "He's the kind of player that played outside and inside linebacker. Also played a little bit at defensive end, is an excellent blitzer, runs very well, is long. "He's 6-4, so he gets to a lot of plays with his length, particularly in pass coverage, a hard guy to throw over or around, a very good tackler, good range, good speed, good instincts, good wrap-up tackler. The guy is a real good football player that does a lot for their defense, plays a lot of positions and is, again, does so many things well."
It was McKinney who was a lone beast against the Patriots in the 27-0 New England win on Sept. 22 at Gillette. He had 16 tackles and a sack. The Texans were down just 10-0 at the half. And it was largely McKinney - anchoring the middle of the defense - that was holding them close.
"It's very unusual to find a player with his skills that can do so many things in the running game, in the passing game, on the line, off the line," Belichick continued. "He's an excellent player, one of the best players we've played against all year. He played well against us.
This is the quite possibly the best young LB out of the SEC FWIW. And yes, he's better than Kwon.

His less than even mediocre stats say otherwise. His numbers say he couldn't sniff Kwons jock strap, much less wear it.

It really doesn't matter guys. Gay is either going to go toLSU in hopes of playing in some big games in his next 3 years or he's going to go to state to stay loyal to Miss. it's all going to come down to Jan 20-22 tho.

I guess the AP didn't think so when they named him to the All Pro team over Kwon

Just google "Kwon Alexander" and you'll find plenty of similar articles. Except these will lost the insane numbers he put up.
