Chose the Hogs over Michigan, Florida, Tennessee among others. 247 gives a 4* 92 rating, Rivals gives a 4*, composite is a 3*. Scout is the lowball at a 3*.

It will be interesting to see if Hayden is next in line for us if we miss on Chandler and Akers. I would have preferred taking him anyway but if we miss on TC/CA and then are somehow too late for Hayden that will be alarming.

I wouldn't blame any kid that is a legacy for flipping if that school comes calling. Hopefully, for both of us, he doesn't have to make that decision.

247, Rivals, Scout all show an offer from Tennessee, so... Vols offered but wouldn't take a commit?
Or have they not really offered?

I think they offered as an athlete but not RB and he wants to play RB. All three of his finalists were offering as a RB. One of our Vols posters could probably clear that up.

I don't think we have to worry about losing Chase. He is a legit RB and lately there has been zero TN talk from him.

He was on an OV to Mizzou this weekend and called Bert so his mom could talk to him.

Correct. We offered but he was told he was way down the board at RB and would likely play DB. I think we sign Chandler but if not I could see us having to take someone even lower than Hayden on our board as our 2nd RB.

Honestly I would have preferred Chandler and Hayden but I guess we will see how things work out.

IIRC we were recruiting him to play defense.

Bret had told Hayden that we intend to get him the ball. He will line up all over the field to create mismatches. He's very difficult to cover in the open field. We can really use this kid in our passing game. Hope UT gets their man and we keep Mr. Hayden!

Pretty confident we'll end up with Ty Chandler, don't think we'll be able to overcome all the competition for Akers though. Would have been perfectly content with taking Chandler and Hayden this cycle but what can you do. Should be a good player for Arkansas.
