Love the fact that he can block and catch as well as run, and comes from a spread offense. Should be able to contribute very quickly

Also, out of Austin... very nice!

I'm assuming you think that this is rare but it really isn't. Austin doesn't produce players like Houston, DFW or East Texas does so we're not stocked with players from there. But we've actually always recruited okay there. Ryan Swope for instance is from Austin.

You are assuming bud. I live in East Texas and have seen your guy Golden play a few times.

With yall signing 32+ this year it would seem yall would have a small class 18-22 next year.

ahh, my bad. Just saying Austin's not really a big thing. He fits our offense better than anyone else which is why his other big offer at this point is Clemson (that and Chad Morris)

it will be probably smaller than that even but it's really hard to project attrition that far out

Do yall normally have a lot of players quit/transfer/declare early for the draft???

we, like every other program, lose players to attrition. That means players quitting, players transferring, players retiring due to injury, and yes, players going pro.

I'm really not sure why you are so fascinated with our numbers but I feel like we've had this same conversation about 57 times now. In a year you can start asking our numbers in every thread for 2014 but right now I couldn't begin to tell you.

So how did he look? I think he's a stud.

No more than other teams, but I'm somewhat expecting a greater amount this coming year. I think Sumlin has a better idea of which players are dead weight than he did when he got here.
