We've got 5 returning corners with experience. 6 if you count cox who has moved to safety. Point being -- he's a risk we can easily afford to take.

He also didn't commit to us in high school and get in and lock himself to us for 3 years basically. Nor does he have the laundry list of other shite going on that Brassell did.

He's got to complete 30 hours in one full and 2 summer semesters -- and you don't think MSU can make that happen?

I was point out to Al how ridiculous it would be for him to act offended by rebellious' comments when many of the state faithful made the same comments about Brassell last year.

In my other post I was just saying cooper isn't a grade risk like Shepard is. Not that I think he won't qualify.

I really wanted Shepard but it's been over with us since before the egg bowl for whatever reason. Good pick up

Shepard can play but everyone backed off because of his grades. Anyone who thinks different has their head in the sand.

He's a stud.

Even if he doesn't qualify this fall y'all will still wind up with him in December when he does qualify.

He's a great talent and will help instantly, provided he actually qualifies. I'm with the OM poster on this one thou, I think he ends up in JUCO again next year.

Why commit to ND without the grades

It was an odd situation, he actually enrolled at ND and like a month or so later he left the school and went back home. He also had a cousin that year as well that committed to ND and then backed out on NSD for Houston. I still remember all the ND butthurt

you mean the school that had a guy pass 30+ hours over the summer?

obviously. MSU has been a known cheater-school when it comes to getting people qualified. That basketball player, Nick James, Quay, etc.

Will never play for MSU. All for desperate show by Mullen. Kind of pathetic.
