I would lift many of the parking and tailgating restriction on campus that have been put in place over the last decade.
I would copy the Volunteer Navy with an LSU version on the Mississippi River.
I would convert the old dorms in the stadium into luxury Condos, retail, bars, restaurants, and a hotel much like what was done at PNC Park in Pittsburgh.

I would make it a tradition that the corps doesn't sit together and take up a third of the first deck at Kyle Field. Hate that shite. Nobody wants to see them on TV every ten seconds.

Loosen parking restrictions on game day to allow more tail gaiting.
Allow alcohol sales in stadium.
Charge a premium fee on concessions to all fans that arrive after game time (they could stamp your hand if you arrive on time).
Bring back the "mike man" to lead the student cheers.

Agree with this in a big way. When I was in the Corps at A&M we didn't have Corps Block and I loved it. Much more fun to sit with regular students and your friends. I also don't like the general message of separating the Corps from the student body.
