Yes it was. I wasn't able to go to the game, but I was about two hours away and it was bitterly cold. I know the 99 Cotton Bowl was also a blowout, but I saw us losing that game from about two weeks out once I saw the end of season injury report. We had everyone important healthy for the 1991 Liberty Bowl and had the better talent.

2) Cap one bowl vs Penn St.
3) Chik fil A bowl vs Clemson
4) Cap one bowl vs Iowa
Those are the only bowl losses in the last 10 years, so I'd order them like that.
