Yeah it does. And the business school is a top-100 business school. I listed the ones I listed though because other SEC schools don't really have institutions that compare whereas there are other good business and accountancy schools in the South.

The Weed Farm and whatever research they do with that

Good friend of mine who went to OM lived in a house near the farm. Was about 10-12 years ago so don't know how much it has changed since then, but you could see the barb wire and the crops from their back porch

Those houses are now apartments but, yeah, not much has changed.

Ole Miss does have a very strong accounting program. Top 15 the last few years. Probably their single best overall program.

For Alabama, the best specialized program would have to be it's Public Relations program which was ranked #1 in the country in the last set of rankings just ahead of NYU. The Accounting program is ranked in the top 25 every year and the overall business program as well as the MBA program in the most recent rankings was ranked just behind Vandy, Florida, and UGA among SEC schools. The UA Law school has been ranked as high as #30 overall among all schools and has been in the Top 40 for the last few years.

The Medical school is ranked around #25 most years. Technically, it's The University of Alabama School of Medicine although most people refer to it as UAB med school because it happens to sit on UAB's campus.

Haven't been near it in a long time, but from what I can remember there was a pretty serious barb wire fence and rumors of patrolling security. Still that's got to be pretty tempting for some college kids

That would be a tough one to pick for Auburn. The Vet School is one of the top ones in the nation, especially when it comes to raptors/birds of prey.

Damn, ya'll go hard.

Our law school just keeps falling and falling. If they don't update their facilities they're going to KILL their already low donorship levels.

Pharmacy and accounting both have 100% guarantee of a job when you graduate.

A friend of mine that was a student at OM at the time, took me by there (this was probably 2 years ago) and there was NO security around it - this was on a Sunday - the fences were still there, but it looked so easy to get in - we didn't try it though, haha.

I am a little surprised the Sociology Program at Auburn gets no mention.
