How about UGA ? No matter what the fans who don't like him think they will be in a lot of hurt without him.

It's a toss up between Rivers who would likely throw a good bit of picks and Bolden who is not a very good qb to begin with
We'd probably go 10-2 w/o mett this year just because of our defense though

The team that relies most heavily on their passing game and can't lean on their running game in the event of an injury. That rules out alabama and lsu, though both would be screwed. The answer is either georgia or tennessee

All of our QBs have little to no game experience. If the likely starter, Showers, goes down, how screwed are we? Don't really know since there really isn't a way to know how good Showers is until after a few games. They are all talented, but that doesn't always mean they can run an offense.
Jameill Showers QB 6-2 219 So. (only has thrown around five passes in a real game)
Johnny Manziel QB 6-1 200 RS Fr.
Matt Joeckel QB 6-4 234 So.
Matt Davis QB 6-2 206 True Fr.
More than likely we are going to have a pretty hard time at QB until the expreience level goes up. One good thing is the large amount of short passes that we will likely throw.

We'd probably be the team least affected by it. Hutson Mason is more than capable.

So that means Murray is not very good after all.

Better than most this conferences garbage QBs not named Tyler Wilson. Still a guido though

I would have to say LSU. After all the hype surrounding Mett, it would be a huge letdown if they had to start a no-name freshman at qb. I don't care how good their defense is, you still need a good field general to be assertive in the huddle and manage the offense, especially with LSU's schedule.

Already turning on Jevan?
The most overrated QB in SEC history? We needed each other more than we realized. If he had stayed, and been a team leader, he may have gotten drafted. And the program may not have fallen apart so bad. Bottom line: There was no leadership from the top down. It was a perfect opportunity for the team QB to step up and show us all something. But its all over now...

Wilson is pretty much indestructable...if he didnt get hurt against bama and a&m he never will
But im not even sure who our backup would be. Brandon Mitchell would be a good zone read QB and is a great athlete but he's splitting time at WR. Brandon Allen is our QB of the future but he's a RS freshman. So i could agree with us. At least we'd still have Knile.

Richt and Bobo may have some issues but developing qbs is not one of them

nice, atleast your realistic
Some will say LSU but I don't think so, after all the Tigers went 13-1. Won the SEC and played for it all without a QB last year, and beat the national champions in their house.

This is true. We beat the ever living shite out of him and he just kept going. To quote the Russian from Rocky IV, "he's like a piece of iron."

We have pretty considerable depth with Mason and LeMay but I still think Murray is pretty valuable to the offense. Mason hasn't had any real meaningful experience so he could be another Joe Cox for all we know, and LeMay has never played a down.

I think that some in the SEC are going to be unpleasantly surprised by the UGA run game this year. I am very excited for Malcome/Samuel/Marshall/Gurley to get going. Not to mention I think Quayvon Hicks is going to make LBers his bitch very soon.

I would almost say Bama but, unless their offense has changed A LOT under the new coordinator, their offense doesn't really depend a lot on a great QB anyway.
