Maybe you should look at who Alabama has in the wings... LBs will be off the chart, DL might suffer depth but I doubt it... just players that are not well known...yet!

I like what I saw. The Broyles Award committee liked what they saw. Clemson did NOT like what they saw.
USA Today thought it was the best assistant coaching hire of the offseason.
He's coming in with multiple 4 and 5 star talent that he's never had at his disposal before.
And most importantly.. He's under a coach who will let him do whatever the frick he wants.
You can point to his Indiana days all you want but that was in 2000. He has 3500+ plays and cuts it loose when the HC allows it. In turn, he scores a lot of points. That's what we need.
Honestly, your opinion and the opinion of tRant mean jack shite when the entire nation is praising this hire.
You don't have to be "scared." But if you think he's a mediocre play caller or that this offense will be anything like Cam Cameron's or Steve Ensminger's, you are fricking stupid

I think outside of tRant (a collection of people tired of hearing about LSU) analysts are starting to realize the impact Canada will have with our talent on offense
Everyone said the same thing with Aranda last year but, he was an absolute success.
Time will tell but, there will be no competition outside of Alabama in terms of coaching prowess when you include a staff of Aranda and Canada

They said his defense wasn't impressive because they destroyed Wisconsin
Even though Wisky was clearly outmatched from a talent perspective they claimed that the talent at LSU would still be on par with a majority of the SEC therefore he would have no impact

True. The posters that dominate the board are trolls though.
The same arguments they are making in this thread apply to their narratives thrown around about Aranda.
I think the majority of intelligent analysts and CFB enthusiasts look at Canada and know he's going to make a huge difference with the talent at his disposal.
They just don't want to admit that we will be successful after an extremely underwhelming head coaching hire.

Alabama could take an OC with 1 eye and partially blind in the other and has never been around Football and beat the rest of the SEC, We will have #1 and #2 RB, best WRs, Offense Line is going to be better that it has been in years,Whos going to beat us, Nobody, we will beat FSU by 10 or more.
