That word hasn't been used to describe Bert since kindergarten.

. Close for a half. Then you got run out of the building and shut out (much like you did to LSU ).

Auburn has literally doubled your teams score en route to 2 straight wins. You can keep trying to convince yourself it was "close" if you want.

This is Gus' 5th year as an OC or HC at Auburn. When is this arguement, which has been disproved year after year, going to go away?

Bart > Gus in two years.

People will catch on to Gus's gimmick offense soon, but Bart's success doesn't rely on gimmicks. It is old fashion run up your mouth, PA football with a good defense to match

Right so Muschamp without the success or defensive coaching ability.

Put it this way, if yesterday Bielema had been announced as Florida's HC, Foley would've needed arms guards to leave the building, if Gus had been announced people would be terrified about what he'd do with Florida talent.

He has been a HC at Auburn 2 years now.
Last year, he did great.
This year, what is his record?

Next year won't be too pretty.

Smart move, at Nebraska they fire you for winning 60+ games in 7 years, in Arkansas people love you for winning 2 conference games in 16 attempts.

Aubies obviously can't see the Gus decline.

He's Brady Hoke on the plains, wild first year success can be a death kiss.

Florida year 1 with Gus would have been scary.
Florida year 4 with Bart would have been even scarier. They would have been Alabama of the east IMO.

Is that why bert is on the six year plan?

If the trend continues, Auburn goes 5-7 and beats LSU 65-0.

Bert wouldn't last 4 years at Florida, especially on the heels of Boom, the fans wouldn't take a pro style offense built around a power running game.

If Florida fans can't accept a coach needing a few years to build an elite program, then they don't deserve an elite program.

And Boom was never a good fit for a HC. Great DC, but unless he was willing to spend BIG money on a OC, his teams will never go far.

What does that have to do with his offense? He may be a bad coach, who knows. That remains to be seen. However, the point you made was that people would "figure out his gimmick offense" and that is simply not true.
