We are better but still have a ways to go to hang with the big boys. But we will not be an easy out for anybody this year either.

Schedule has been fairly weak so far. Game with Cincy @ N. Ky will tell us a bit more about our hoop Dawgs.

It is refreshing to finally be relevant in basketball again though. Our exile has been going on about 6 years now.

How’s that game against middle Tennessee state going ?

Do worry baseball season is almost here or is that program on probation as well?

Cincinnati is going to tell us a lot.

Having Cincy play this game sandwiched between Florida and ucla and not in their true home arena works in our favor, though.

No offense but you have a lot to learn. We are a year away from turning the corner. No way you could turn it around after 2 years considering the total mess Howland walked into. He is rebuilding from the bottom up. He was left with a team that was below average at best. Then our bigman missed all of last year with injury plus a transfer out. This is not a year I'd put much stock into.

Ado wasn't injured he didn't get cleared by the NCAA and had to redshirt. He practiced all year with us last year. Kegler sucked. We do not miss him one bit. I don't think I am the one that has a lot to learn.

SFA would beat the brakes off Kermit's MTSU team

I guess they think it's a Brad Underwood SFA squad.

State has the talent, experienced 4 stars and a 5 star point guard. Howland is a good coach, they could easily be a tournament team, but I think they end up being a bubble team for a lot of the year and fall off at the end.

The game Tuesday against Cincy will tell us everything we need to know.

SFA plays @LSU and @Missouri in the next ten days so we won't have long to find out. I am actually watching Brad Underwood's Illinois team playing UNLV right now on ESPN2.

Oh it's horrific and if Howland schedules it this weak ever again he's gonna catch a lot of shite for it.

Out schedule is weak sauce. I am so tired of this shite. If you think it’s been bad up to this point after cincy we have 5 straight games of 250+ RPI teams. That hurts the whole SEC.

How ever I do think we will be a lot better but I think the whole SEC is better this year
