manning could not take the pounding tittle or any of the qb's took back then. qb's today are protected little girls.

hm---in YA's time, the LBs were under six feet and ran 5.0 40s

YA was 6'0" 190 lbs
Peyton is 6'5" 235 lbs

Was he drafted number on overall? If not, that WNBA chick that was drafted number one was way better.

I would add Bart Starr to any QB list.

Cam Newton is most definitely the most overrated NFL qb to come out of the SEC. That's for sure. Talk about a tight end playing qb.

Wrong. He's already been a starter in the NFL...

And would plant the crown of their helmet in your ear hole when you took too long to throw.

And as big as cam is he still wouldn't run as much with the threat of a helmet dinger potentially on every run. Him staring at a football 2 feet away on the ground proved that.

Yeah no kidding. They had them but let's not act like they didn't have beef either.

Bill George: 6'2 237
Sam huff: 6'1 230
Joe Schmidt: 6'0 235

For example... All willing and able to punish your (and your reciever's) arse for a simple mistake.

The guy was unreal. If he played in today's NFL he would have owned the record books.

He's still 6th all-time in passing for the NY Giants, 6th in yards per game, and 5th in TDs.

He also still holds the single season TD record for the Giants at 36 TDs - in 13 games - in 1963.
