All bets were off when we learned Grier wasn't playing. He is to WV as Murray is to OU.

No, all bets were off when it was a Big 12 team playing anyone but a bottom tier P5 team.
Although Syracuse is pushing it when it comes to not being a bottom tier P5 team.

Apparently the ACC has more speed than the vaunted Big 12. I heard the Big 12 was faster than Darrell Greene at every position.

You can talk shite all you want but the big 12 regularly has the hardest bowl schedule of any conference.

Interesting but backwards reasoning. Just because the other P5 schools are generally better than B12 schools doesn't mean B12 gets to take some positive out of having to play harder opponents.
