He got into a fight with a GA at practice after throwing an INT.

He always pouts coming to the sidelines and seems to be blaming others.

Idk maybe I'm wrong but it always seems like he doesn't take responsibility for his play like other QB's do.

Trust me youre wrong. Seriously you posted two articles that complained about him basically pointing to the scoreboard. Give me a break.

If the Texans don't take Manziel as their first pick then they won't get a second shot, he'll go to Cleveland. and I hope that doesn't happen.

False. He is very competitive and he shoved a GA for the defense who got in his face and was gloating after he threw a pick; it was not "a fight." It was no big deal at all. It was only made to be a big deal because it was Manziel.

He most certainly does not. He very much takes responsibility for his own mistakes, and he is not afraid to tell his teammates to get certain things fixed, but never in a harmful way. He got Evans straight in the CFA bowl.

Both of your links are from the Rice game. He was crucified for that, and it was silly. Lots of players talk shite. Rice players were talking shite about the autograph thing, and he gave it right back to them. It was a mistake, and it looked bad, but it wasn't giving up, it wasn't blaming others, and it wasn't losing focus.

Have you ever seen him take responsbility for anything? That's all I'm asking. He doesn't seem to handle failure very well.

Just admit that you have an irrational hate for the guy and move on. Obviously all the stats and professional analysts are wrong, so there's no convincing you.

I don't know if Houston taking Manziel #1 is smart (and neither does anybody else). But there's one line that keeps coming back to me from Olin Buchanan at texags: The only time in the history of the Oilers/Texans that they've arguably been more popular in Texas than the Cowboys was when Earl Campbell (another Texas native) played there. And that's a true statement.

If the Texans take a QB I think they almost have to take Manziel. If they don't and Bridgewater/Bortles is mediocre while Manziel lights it up, there will be hell to pay. Clowney is probably a safer and better pick.

I'm still holding out hope for Jerry Jones going completely bonkers.

Yeah, because Manziel has all the measurables and is a lock to have a much better career in the NFL than Bridgewater.

I don't hate him.

I think we already proved college stats don't matter to the NFL.

Look at this TPOS throwing a fit after the LSU game and blaming everyone else

Just kidding, he gave a lot of credit to LSU and talked about the throws that he misplaced.

I hate for any first rounder to get stuck in Cleveland, but especially our guy. Les' "where dreams go to die" is appropriate for the Browns.

Just because college success doesn't always mean pro success doesn't mean that college success means pro failure.

I agree. I just think stats are a very weak argument when talking about a QB's possible success in the nfl.

Yeah exactly. NFL scouts don't just look at stats all day.

What a whiner!

My other favorite nonsense is how he just tosses up a prayer to Evans over and over. We should compile a collection of perfect pass GIFs.

Except the ones who say he looks good. They're all dumb. Those other ones are the good scouts.

Adammwilson, what the hell has manziel done to show you he is mentally weak on the field? All I see is a guy who constantly keeps his team in games and motivated when his defense is giving up 50 points. Not once has he threw a tantrum during a game.
