You really think Bridgewater will outperform Manziel at the combine, pro day, workouts, interviews, etc. or are you just butthurt?

I do, I think Bridgewater is the top QB in this class. I've actually watched Louiseville during the course of his career and the guy can flat out ball.

Who does he have the Falcons getting? Barr?

Yep, just 'bout every one has them getting Barr...personally, I'm hopin' Jake Matthews drops down to the Falcons...can't afford to have Ryan take as many hits again this year...

I ain't saying manziel is the best QB ever, but he is better than TB... He is so over hyped.

Wow.

Kiper has A&M players going both 1 & 2 a year after Joeckel was taking at 2.

NFL is as much about increasing revenue as it is about winning...Johnny Football is a Great Brand.

Given that either Kaepernick or Wilson is going to the Super Bowl this year....

Manziel will be a top 15 pick. He'll probably be top 5.

I wouldn't be surprised if you saw Bortles go before Bridgewater.

If I were the Texans and my guy was Manziel I would possibly try trading down to a place you still expect Manziel to be at.

The top of this class as a whole to me hasn't been as impressive as years past. I mean you have studs like CJ Mosely that are 1st Rounders; but not Top Pick. Just the 1st couple picks don't stand out to me like years past.

Both those guys are surrounded by talent and excellent coaches. Put them on the Texans rooster this year and they're likely still picking in the Top 10

Kiper also has Bortles going before Bridgewater.

Are you saying there is no talent on the Texans. If so you are daft. The coaching is suspect for sure but they have the players.

ProFootballTalk @ProFootballTalk My biggest concern about Johnny Manziel -- if he gets hit at the NFL level like he got hit by Duke, he won't last very long.

There's talent but not on the Seattle/49ers level. Also, I would say Bridgewater is a better fit for Bill O'Brian than Manziel is.

Funny that's not what he said on The Dan Patrick Show this morning.

Eta: I'm not saying that Manziel is any better or any worse than anybody else. I hope he goes where he can lean and flourish. Where that is I don't know.

That's my question for him. A lot of mobile QB's have shown the ability to dominate college running the football. They get to the NFL, get hit, and are done.

RGIII hasn't even finished an NFL season yet, has he?

Also in the NFL standing tall in the pocket and throwing those prayers to Evans will probably be interceptions at the next level.

Manziel has some things to work on, but I think most QB's in this class do.

Edit: To me Bortles is the best for the starting role at the moment. Manziel will bring in jersey money. It wouldn't hurt most if not all these QB's to develop behind a starter. That won't happen though.

Man, I really wish Jerry would go nuts and somehow get JFF on the Cows.

The most polarizing college player on the most polarizing pro team would be glorious.

Hell, I'd pick up the phone to order season tickets as soon as the words came out of Goodell's mouth if Jerry pulled that off.

Can agree with, but how will his talents transition to the next level.

I would support JFF to the Cowboys no matter what pick they had just for the complete clown show that would arise as a result

Manziel would sell tickets.

Houston is an hour from College Station with a huge population of Aggies who have gotten jobs out of college here. The Texans season ticket orders would explode.
