If it was Miles calling this play, everyone would be saying what a moron he is for calling such a risky play this late in a tied game. But since it was The Great and Powerful Saban making the call, it was a very good call, and it would have worked if LSU's defense didn't pick up on it quickly.

Exactly.

If miles calls a HB pass, it's described as "quirky".

If Saban calls a HB/WR pass, it's described as "brilliant"

Follow your OWN posts back, and find the one where you questioned whether or not the WR pass ever happened.

Here you go, since your P&G glasses are blocking actual vision.

It was a risky call to try and open up the game. This game was so close a call like this if worked would have probably won them the game. I'm surprised Les didn't do anything outlandish at all this game. He played it close to the vest.

Don't know what the problem is the TE had it in his hands and should have secured the ball. The play worked otherwise. That interception is due to a great play by Reid and terrible ball protection by Williams. So I take your post more as piling it on and flaming.

Not flaming...if Les would have done the same thing, he would get some much shite for it.

I think the media is finally realizing Les is a smart coach. It's a risk/reward play call no matter who calls it. LSU fans need to stop with this almighty Saban crap. They are both the top coaches in the country.

Ironic that you posted that. Comprehension and spelling both appear to be yours.

It's funny how Saban gets a pass for everything

Les gets ridiculed for coaching decisions that work out.

$abun clearly made poor decisions through out that lost the game.

putting in a short yardage FG kicker for a long FG

Continuing to try a long FG when you already missed 3 instead of playing field position.

And yes the gadget play was strange when you consider how much he talks about each team having their own identity....bamas is clearly TR between the tackles. Also TR was just starting to rattle off the runs IMO.

$abun clearly lost this game. The Hat clearly out performed him for the 2nd year in a row.

He either can't see that he is a compete bafoon or he is just trying to pretend it didn't happen. Ignore him and he will eventually retract back the rant.... Hopefully.

I saw his presser and I completely agree. Nick Saban has lost his program, his coaches, the fans...He is defintely on his way out the door.

I think numerous Bama fans have said he made some stupid decisions.

I thought for sure that Nick would have Richardson in the wildcat before Maze.

Not a good coaching move IMO.
