If by running you mean dual threat:

Wilson,
Rodgers,
Foles (people forget he can run, not like Vick, but he can run.)
Newton
Kaepernick and these are just the guys who are successful now, winning games, or going to the Pro Bowl, or winning the Super Bowl.

As a Falcons fan, I'd take Clowney & a late QB if forced to in this scenario.

However, I hope they draft either Robinson or Matthews. You sign your QB to a $100 million contract, get someone to keep him from getting killed like they about did last year.

Clowney and Murray. Murray is a gamer, idgaf how big he is.
This, I think Murray will be the best qb of the bunch, he is a winner and last year with all the injuries, still was great.

Is this a dig at Manziel? He had 4K passing yards and 37 passing TDs w/ 70% completion last year.

Clowney needs to be taken late and humbled but I think he still has more potential to have a better career than Manziel.

that's what you are drafting if you pick Clowney; potential. but teams will be rolling the dice if they think they are going to give this guy millions of dollars and expect to see him increase his effort.

if you win millions of guaranteed dollars in the lottery, are you going to work harder or work less? (upvote for harder, downvote for less)

... that's what you are drafting with every single pick. There are no guarantees of any draft pick.

Take Bridgewater and draft a DE player like Dee Ford, Chris Smith, or Ed Stinson.

This. Other DE's I'll throw in. Trent Murphy, Kareem Martin, Josh Mauro, Aaron Lynch, Taylor Hart.

There are several good QB's who are going to be available in the 4th or later.

Such as?

There is no sure fire dominant NFL QB coming out

Bridgewater.

Geno or Akili Smith 2.0 or 3.0 take your pick

in what possible way? Out of curiosity I couldn't help noticing both QB's you mentioned are black.

quote:

Manziel has that Russell Wilson, Drew Brees, Fran Tarkenton about him.

quote:

I'd take Greg Robinson and late round Qb Why would you take the 3rd rated lineman with the 1st pick?

Robinson is by far #1

find a way to bring Kirk Cousins in.

Think he has proven he isn't a franchise QB.

Can someone please tell me what's do special about Bridgewater?

You name it he's got it. What's hard to see?

Besides that bowl game vs. Florida, he's played competition that's not worth any note

2013: Miami, UCF
2011: West Va

I like Bortles a lot. I think he is going to be a good one.

Why?

Carr

Sucks. Really don't see the hype with him at all.

I truly believe Carr is going to be the best QB to come out of this draft

Why?

He had 4K passing yards and 37 passing TDs w/ 70% completion last year.

None of the top 10 college passers of all time have done shite in the NFL.
