for the whole country---4 years in a row, but have no titles. Or, not rank at all in the top 25 of recruiting, but win an SEC championship.

Kind of makes that recruiting ranking worthless, no?

impossible. they rank everyone

you do not get trophies for finishing #1 in scout, rivals, or espn.com recruiting rankings.

With Oregon, TCU, and Boise State last year, you had that possibility.

Championship! If you get that much talent every year and don't win a title you have a shitty coaching staff

Got my 2011 Gymnastics NC T ready to go tonight...

That's much better than an awesome recruiting streak.

when's the ast time an SEC team won n SECCG with mediocre recruiting? Aubs 2004 class might have bee a little underrated (rankings only go back to 02) but every team that has won this decade (Alabama, Auburn, Floriga Georgia and LSU) has had exceptional recruiting.

Recruiting rankings mean nothing. Winning games and championships do. A team doesn’t have to have the “best” talent to win, just enough talent with good coaching.

Auburn's recruiting rankings were not "great" over the last 5 years, but their recruiting still could have been great (undervalued).
