The offense is set it and forget it at QB. As long as he is decently accurate and makes good decisions, the system and ridiculously loaded receiving group will take care of the rest.

I do not follow Ole Miss that closely. Do you have a good run game this year to take some of the pressure off of him?

We are expecting to be much better running the football this fall seeing as how we return the most experienced offensive line in the conference and have a consensus top five pick at left tackle. We have some talent at RB and have added some larger, bruising RBs. I hope we use them because the scat back experiment has been wholly unsuccessful in Oxford.

Considering our talented pass catchers and defense, the running game doesn't have to be splendid to give us a chance.

We don't need 200.0+ yards per game to win, but 180.0 (consistently, not 300 yards against Sisters of the Poor and 60 against LSU) on the ground will keep defenses honest enough to respect our splendid play action threats.

If we don't get consistent rushing yards on first down, we'll struggle offensively again. Last year, poor first down runs in SEC play absolutely killed us.

Kelly has never taken a snap at the division 1 level

Here's a video of him running a touchdown in a regular season game as the Clemson quarterback, but okay.

That 2013 Virginia team may have technically been an FBS school...but I don't know that I would consider them division 1 level. The Citadel played Clemson as close as UVA did that year.

Regardless, Kelly appeared in five games for the Clemson Tigers in 2013.
