Or vice versa
Pruitt will win until probation and have a decent run. Mullen will be fired in 5 years but he should leave UF with a decent base to build upon.

I hate Florida more than I hate Tennessee, and I don't hate Pruitt, I think he's a good recruiter and DC.

But, Florida got the better HC, as much as it pains me to say.

It'll be interesting to see how both perform. So far Pruitt is doing much better than Mullen is in recruiting. Though that's not a surprise at all.

Good question. Mullen is much more proven so I'd take him today. I prefer a good known quantity.

I wouldn't take someone with Dooley's pre-UT track record over Pruitt, and probably not Butch Jones' given he followed Kelly everywhere.

I'd absolutely take Leach, but am not sure about Taggart.

You don't get to make those choices in this thread.

The only non biased answers would have came last year before either hire were made. They would have unaminously chose Mullen at the time.

Meanwhile, MSU fans won't even admit that Mullen left them in a better place than when he was hired in 08.

I don’t know of a single state fan that says this.

I mean at the time Mullen was the better hire. Tennessee hired a coach that got rejected by Mississippi State.

I'm just saying I'm interested to see how both fare and stated the only thing we know rn is recruiting. Neither have coached a game and that's where Mullens strengths are as long as he has the better team. Pruitt is an unknown at this point.

He certainly did put Mississippi State at a better place. Glad he did what he did. And glad he left before this recruiting class so we could hire a staff that can recruit the best class Mississippi has seen in years.

Will Moorhead be better than Mullen at State on the field? That's yet to be determined. But it's undeniable that he has done better than Mullen in recruiting.

said no State fan ever. Every State fan knows what Mullen did to our program. State fans are mad on how he told his players that he was leaving. In case you didn't know, He stuck his head in the meeting room and said " I'm leaving " and walked out.
