Would MIke Shula be a good OC or QB coach for LSU?

Just wondering. Mike Shula might enjoy returning to college football and he has a lot of experience on the offensive side of the ball.

He recruited a lot of the guys on this bama squad and did go 10-2 a couple years ago. I'd give him a position coaching job.

Shula's actually a pretty QB coach if you look at his track record. OC on the other hand. A big no.

Yes! It would probably have to be OC, I don't see why he would move from being the Jaguars QB coach to LSU's but he would probably do it if you offered him the play calling responsibilities. Great hire. His red zone offense is woah.

Jaguars may clean house after this season the way it's looking. Shula is no longer a young inexperienced coach. As a QB Coach in the SEC he might be really good.

Nah I just think that Miles and Shula are perfect for each other.

...and if Shula says no, there's always Coach Croom.

I can't speak for other fans but I don't hate Shula. He's not HC material but he represented this University with class as a coach and player. I'm thankful that he took on a job at a time where it was hard. We've moved onto a better coach that can take us to championships and Shula is back in the NFL as a position coach where he can succeed.

He's been QB Coach at Jacksonville for a few years now. He's probably getting a good salary why risk it?

Does anyone relize that if he hires shula and we have less than 8 wins Miles gets canned.

You want miles to hire a great OC so that we win at least 10 games a year and he stays.

some LSU fans are praying for a horrible hire to get his arse out of BR.
