richt has had the pick of the best athletes in a state that is loaded elite talent

You gumps need to make up your damn minds. One day you say everybody raids Georgia and richt can't keep the talent home, but when you're trying to make a different point he "has his pick" in state.

Well...which is it?

no.

even though the big xii was weaker, UGA is still a better place to win (more talent, fanbase, etc.)

UGA has it all, but never relay has found a way to capitalize on its resources for some reason... So No , not from a resource stand point.

Lets be honest, how much talent does Richt let slip out of Georgia? Answer, way too much. Look at Alabama's recruiting class laat year, I think they alone took a majority of talent from the Dawgs.

That's just not true. Crowell, Mitchell, and Drew were all head to head battles that we won. You can't lock down a state like Ga like lsu can in LA. It's just different.

If they lost players to GTech it would be reasonable (although Tech is a third rate high school at the moment). All I am sayinf is wayyy to much 150 talent left the sate this off season. I do agree it isn't the same as Louisiana and LSU, and maybe I don't get it. I just know I wouldn't be happy if I saw that much talent leave my state.

It confuses me too. Isn't the biggest name they have had Chase Daniel? Haven't they not won a conference title in 30+ years? Things won't change simply by changing conferences.
