For a running back to be considered elite I think they should be able to rise to the occasion against the best competition and LF7 didn't accomplish that.
He is a very talented back but he showed he never had the killer instinct in the big games that other rbs have had that elevated their team and made them elite rbs.

Pffft

Nothing any Alabama fan says on Fournette is worth a shite. They're all pissed he didn't go there.

Lmao stfu he's going to the pros and making a salary 10x what ur lazy arse is going to make sitting here on a message board trash talking someone who is going to outshine any Bama RBs in the NFL. Thinking about it now both bama heisman backs have been busts while Jeremy hill tears it up in Cincinnati . What's Trent Richardson doing rn? Oh that's right eating dick at the browns.

Henry wasn't the RB talent Fournette is but Henry had more determination and that killer instinct in the Big Game, made everyone on offense better with his leadership and elevated the team to a SEC and National Title.
His determination and leadership made up for not being as talented, so i wouldn't trade Henry last season.

If you had Fournette Henry would have been his backup.

No, Henry just played on a better team.

Fournette's numbers were better than Henry's in every regard save total yards, and Henry only did that because he had 3 more games than Fournette.

Henry is going to wash out of the league just like every Alabama rb, and Fournette is going to lead the league in rushing for at least a couple of seasons.

If LF7 has a great NFL career does LSU get a National Championship?

I did watch the NFL until they let the libtard bastards disrespect the Anthem so idc what the hell happens in the NFL.
I hope Alabama players respect the Anthem and have great careers but I won't be watching it.

Agreed. Pretty sad actually.

They married a super model and they are focused on the awkward teenager that rejected them in high school.

Knowing he hasn't been developed any in three years . Poor strength and conditioning causing injury riddled career....I'm sure he doesn't regret his decision.

You mean like Bama practice player Trent Richardson

Henry wouldn't have started over him so probably. He would have put up over 2,500 yards in a 15 game season easily.

might have last year but certainly this year. fournette is the end result of his own ego. had a ticket to the big time and look what happened by hanging at lsu. really, really sad.

Only if your definition of "ticket to the big time" is Heisman and bama...."ticket to the big time" for others maybe the NFL...which he will be in

1. Yes I think he would have had a great shot at the Heisman last year, and this season had he remained healthy.

2. Fournette is a great back with a lot of potential. What Alabama did to him was because Alabama has a great run defense, especially when there is a challenge like a hyped up running back.

3. LSU fans complained about Les Miles offenses, but also complain that anyone could think that Fournette may have had better stats at Alabama. Hard to say whether he would definitely have had even better stats if used the same way Henry was used last season vs the stats he did put up (which were great). Definitely possible though

There it is. The NFL argument

Yep. That's ultimately what matters to these young men.

Do you doubt that?

Do you think Derrick Henry was happy to see Ezekiel sign for 10 mil more than him after being run into the ground with 400 carries?

I don't think he gives a shite, I think you are being insecure, Leonard went to an inferior school.

No, his vision is not good enough. But he would be a NChampion and 3 time SECChampion.

You all have the greatest coach in college history, a tremendous program, and are in line to win another national championship. Obviously it must get old, or your nature to be complete douchebags is just too great.
