Kiffin is 38 yrs old. His career is in serious need of reconstruction. He is a very good play caller and OC. He will recruit, coach, and not be heard. If he is successful he will get his career back on track and Bama will have a great OC. If it does not work out he will be gone in a year (see major applewhite) Saban does a very good job of hiring. When he makes mistakes though he is quick to fix them. I love the hire.

I agree except for loving the hire. LK is nothing more than a position coach. He has failed at the higher level and has made himself look like a tool in the process.
However, I don't see Saban keeping him around if he sucks.
