Atlanta had the worst traffic. I have not one good memory of that place. Obama/Biden country.

Little known fact: Chattanooga is American Indian for "bottle neck"

How is Atlanta not the worst?

How does Chattanooga not even make that list?

surface streets/roads you gotta multiply that by at least 3 - at minimum -

whoever designed the area of I-40 on the western side (by oak ridge) should be fired. It seems like that place is always a zoo.

There is very little that can be done to make this better, and the population keeps exploding.

I have lived most of my life in either the Chattanooga area or the Atlanta area. Chattanooga traffic is bad if you are not familiar with surface streets and have to stay on the interstates or major highways. But, I can get ten miles from anywhere to anywhere in the area relatively quickly because I know the area and how tp go.
There are NO ways to get 10 miles quickly unless it is 3am in Atlanta area. Unless you use a helicopter.

New Orleans' average travel time is all jacked up because carjacking tends to make you just a wee bit late.

BR is worse than NOLA and I say this as someone who has lived in both
