If you can't crap that no one cares about then Florida might be #1 (volleyball, swimming, diving, etc...). Stanford always is #1 because of sports like this and water polo. Count the major sports (Football, Basketball (men and women), Baseball, Softball and maybe Track and Field.

It's UF #1, LSU #2. That's not debatable. A lot of schools have an argument for #3. LSU even has a case for #1 for having more national championships than anyone in the SEC.

They are competitive in them, but how many ships have they won in them? That is what matters. 2 is not a winner, 3 no one remembers.

Any list without Bama at #1 is laughable

So you laugh at any list that isn't Football or softball ranking?

Agian, wtf have you won a championship in? LSU is the king on College Baseball, we all know that. Florida has never won one so why are they getting credit? Its about what you have won championships in, bottom line.

Seriously, they are higher like Top 4.

ETA: Damn was thinking about football. But TAMU is good in a lot of other sports.

If you're trying to somehow validate that Bama is even top 2 by saying that all over again, then it's not going unnoticed.

Not reading this WHOLE thread, but you confuse me with that question. LSU overall AD is GOOD in the past 10yrs. Football, baseball, womens basketball, mens basketball, softball, track & field, gymnastics.

ETA: might not won national titles in all sports but they've been on the big stage in a lot of them. People know there was more to LSU than just football and baseball.

Your statement was that LSU has "more national championships than anyone in the SEC". This statement is incorrect.

Yes, it is.

Arkansas has 43 NCAA-recognized national championships.

Correct. LSU and Arkansas have 42 NCAA titles, but LSU claims 3 football MNCs and 1 basketball MNC. Arkansas only claims the 1 football MNC.

so:

LSU - 46
Arkansas - 43

ETA: Arkansas should have 44 NCAA titles, but 2 were vacated by the NCAA
