1 carry each for Darren McFadden and Felix Jones in a 28-24 loss to Vandy at home.

Wrong way Bo, Iron Bowl '84
Sullivan & Beasley shut out in the '71 Iron Bowl
Cam's first half - 24-0, '10 Iron Bowl

There seems to be a recurring theme here

I was at this game. Think Bama was still pissed about 2001 vs Ole Miss.

We got even in 2003. But I think we really pissed Bama off then. They have been getting even with us ever since.

I don't remember bad performances due to heavy drinking. For instance 1/9 p.m. to 1/10 early afternoon no longer exists.

2003 was a nightmare. I have never seen a Bama defense get owned the way Eli fricked us in 2003. it was truly pathetic. But, who knew we were getting crushed by a future two time superbowl winner. Oh yeah....2001 LSU....n/m

Matt Flynn's first half against Ark. in 2007 was pretty pathetic.

LSU should have run away and hid in the first half of that game.

before reading your entire post I was starting to ask. Davey to Reed in that game was a killer combo.

Georgia jacked us up pretty good too in 2003. Final score was no indicator of how bad we were mismatched.

And yet, had he not been present on that night, he would have just another largely forgotten quarterback. Sure, he developed into a decent college QB, but we've had a whole string of those.

Make not mistake--he was a LIABILITY in that game.

I've never seen anybody get as much mileage out of showing up and saying "present" as that guy. He gets on my damn nerves.

That Auburn's identity is always framed in reference to Alabama?

probably not. But we were so totally dominated by bama's defense, his preformance, (or lack thereof) went largely unnoticed

Not really. Even the announcers were pointing it out. "Honey Badger better care about that!"

Several plays were made on him.

Rex Grossman, Auburn 2001. I think he has something like 6 int's I don't truly recall as I try and forget as much about that game as I can.

Yeah I think Croyle hurt his shoulder, so we put in Pennington. Then I believe on the very next play Pennington got rocked and dislocated his throwing shoulder. So we put a gimp Croyle back in and Georgia finished him off that very drive, lol. And we finished the game with that punk arse midget Brandon Avalos. Georgia was up 37-10 at halftime. So embarrassing.

Arkansas WR corps in '10 Sugar Bowl. Not even a game if they make their catches. Dropped TD on the first play of the game and played catch up the rest of the way.

LSU fans,
I thought that Mathieu had a bad game against Alabama in the NC game. Has he ever had a worse game?

IIRC, his worst game was definitely against Tennessee. He was trying to strip the ball way too much, and would let receivers gain a good bit more yards every play because of it

Ben McDonald against Stanford in the CWS as a freshman.

JaMarcus Russell every time he played Florida or Georgia.

Shaq in basically any NCAA playoff game.
