MSU had 65 rushing yards, 84 passing yards...and 222 return yards. Very good special teams play was all that kept them in the game.

And yet they still led 14-10 in the 4th quarter before Tennessee's depth finally took over the game on the offensive side of the ball.
Yes...an 84 yard punt return for a TD gave them the lead...hence...very good special teams.

As well as a pretty good defensive effort.

South Carolina. Worst SECCG defeat and the East was shite that year.

Gave Tennessee all they wanted.
And finished unranked after getting blown out by Texas in the Cotton Bowl.

It's 95 Arkansas by a country mile. They beat SW Louisiana by 9 points at home, they lost to a 1 win SMU team, they lost 3 games to unranked teams, in their five losses they averaged an 18 point defeat.
We did beat a USCe by 30. At least we had that going for us.

So for your worst division champion in SEC history you are going with a team that was 8-0 in the SEC regular season, spent most of the season ranked #1 or #2, led national champion Florida in the 4th Quarter of the SECCG, only losses were to the #1 and #2 teams in the country, and who finished #6 in the polls?
You are going with that team as worse than several 5 loss unranked SEC division winners with much, much less on their resume?
That's simply a troll post, parkjas.

Beating a 4-6-1 team is your defense for your 95 team?

2006 Arkansas
If not for the Gus Bus, that team wins 4 games max.

it's 95 Arkansas, they went 8-5 and they were gifted a free win against Alabama that year via a last minute 4th down TD pass that was clearly trapped, but no instant replay back then so free win.
Otherwise you're looking at 7-6.
And has been pointed out, they got blown out alot and also lost to bad teams.

People are discussing whatever random crap they want and trolling per the usual, but the answer is 95 Arkansas and there really isn't any debate at all.
Easily the worst team to have played in the SEC Championship. Several flawed teams have made it, but none come close.
