I'm not ecstatic about the outcome and it's sets a poor precedent but maybe we can all move on now.

Probably not. This doesn't fix anything.

I was looking forward to seeing Missouri play BYU with a bunch of walk-ons

I have not been following this clusterfrick at all. I tried for a second, but it was surprisingly hard to get answers on here. I know something about a Swastika drawn in feces. What exactly did Wolfe have to do with this? Did he, himself, draw this symbol? How is he obligated to resign to make it better?

And for that matter, how did this juvenile act manage to so deeply offend so many people? I need some serious context.

Of course not, but it does quell some of the animosity at this point.

I think the man was railroaded but the more I've thought of it he made some missteps here and should blame himself. Had he handled this better, whether it deserved it or not, he'd still have a job and we never would have gotten close to this point.

That would have been great actually. They may have even played better.

It has been reiterated many times over on several boards all the things going on. It's annoying to go out and repost them every single time someone asks, wait what's happening. Please go back and ready. There have been 100 plus threads, most of them detailing the incidents.

None of them which directly relate to wolf, but because he is the figurehead and didn't address soon enough he is the fall guy for this movement.

I'd actually prefer to get this here before going to the p-board. What exactly was the rub here. I'm aware of the racial incidents, but what in particular did Wolfe do to get in everyone's cross hairs?

His biggest misstep is that he essentially refused to even acknowledge the protestors. That's why he is out of a job today.
