Well, it is what it is. I live 20 miles from Lawrence, KS, so...

Towards KC, or no? If you're a big basketball fan I assume you'd been out to the phog(?). On my sports bucket list.

I think SC is doing better than expected (even if we had lost to ISU)

We were 2-3 with all 3 losses by a combined 7 points. Although 2 of those losses were to Charlotte and Akron, the team said something had "clicked" after those back to back losses. There seemed to be a "no more" attitude that emerged (inb4NFL)

After that time we have clobbered Ok.State, Clemson (who had beaten 2-3 SEC teams up to that point) and just knocked off a highly ranked ISU team. We've also dominated teams we were supposed to beat but had struggled with the last few years (the Coker's of the world)

UF is reeling, we're on a 7-game win streak, and its in the CLA which I bet will be packed because of what has transpired over the past few weeks. Won't be an easy game but at the very worst the Gamecocks should be an NIT team.. which is a marked improvement from where we have been.

I think Auburn and USCe look to be the surprise teams of the year if they can keep their mojo rolling. I like the SEC's chances of making some noise in the NCAA tourney and that isn't even counting the unholy juggernaut of doom that is Kentucky.

LSU is the clear #2 team in the conference, but we're catching up to Kentucky
