Good luck. I want the SEC to be strong so more of us get in.

Vandy should finish in the top half of conference. We have some real players including some very athletic Freshman to go along with our great PF Jones.

I don't know the way ESPN calculates their BPI but it looks like they have 8 teams in.

A&M and Vandy being the last 2 teams in

Glimmer of hope for '15-'16. 9-3 with losses to Dayton, Baylor, and KSU. The KSU loss is the troubling one. ASU is probably the best win. We'll see.

Agreed. Vandy has been getting slept on going into conference play. Stalling has you guys looking solid and fun to watch. I would expect an NIT bid at minimum for that squad.

Edit: UT is 8 - 4 heading into the Mississippi St. Game to open our conference schedule.

Wins over: #15 Butler and Kansas St.
Losses to: Kansas, VCU, Marquette, and NC St.

I'm really impressed with Tyndall and what he's been able to accomplish so far given our roster. I could see UT finishing anywhere between 7th and 3rd in conference play.

Bama is a solid to good squad. Deep and the defense has really turned up the last few weeks... we have 5 players capable of scoring 20+ in any game... we can play several different ways. We have 2 really good really fast PGs one of which is a pure scorer. We have a solid low post scorer and a good low post defender. One of the fastest most athletic teams in the league and finally great leadership and no energy vampires. Bama should win 10-12 games in league play. Having no bad losses and some solid not great wins we can make the tourney.

Looks like the league is much better top to bottom. Big win by the cocks today. We could get 6 teams in

I'll take it.

Get us in as a #7 seed and I'm traveling to wherever.

A&M basketball looks below average again. I expect to finish with an 8-10 conference record and miss the NIT.

Our coach has inked a top 5 recruiting class, so we're going to get a huge influx of talent after this season, which should help a lot in theory. That said, he's already shown he has no idea what he's doing, so I'm not sure how much it will matter.

I think LSU will be on the bubble this year going into the SEC tourney. Next year they contend for a top 10 rank.

Awful. We are going to get raped by UK this week and finish with seven or eight wins in conference play.

LSU has two really good players and three that are decent SEC players at this point. They are trying to develop some depth. LSU should finish anywhere from second to sixth depending on how the three decent players progress and any depth that develops.

Since I didn't see any other MSU posters:

State is a still Dumpster fire! Half the fan base is still talking about Rick Stansbury debacle and the other half is sick of loosing to teams like Mercer.

My cuz did post on Facebook about a win over FSU this past weekend. They actually still go to games. Wow! I guess we aren't dead yet but the whole program is definitely on life support.

The SEC does have some sucky teams so we might be competitive with the bottom qtr... maybe.

I'm loving SECTV. This is the first year I have been able to watch all of the games. LSU is improving every week. Martin and Mickey are the best big pair in the conference. We lack depth, but our starting 5 can compete with just about anyone. That Georgia game next weekend should be a good game and will likely set the tone for the next month of SEC play.

The #1 and #15 ranked recruits for 2015 have committed to LSU, and JJ is still working on Lyle who has expressed some interest in playing with the other two. This recruiting class could be something very special.

We look terrible. I'm hoping for a turnaround, but we will be lucky to make the nit.
