I expected an 8-4 season and we're on track for that. First year HC and we're starting/playing a bunch of freshmen and sophomores, I'm not expecting a push for the playoffs. There have been peaks (UNC, Auburn) and some valleys (Vandy, Ole Miss), and then some heartbreaks (Tennessee), but if we can finish 8-4 then I would call Kirby's first season a relatively successful one. We return a lot next year and I expect to win the division next year.

It sucked, then it was fun, then it sucked again. So, 4.

3- only because we finally beat Florida.
Had we lost to Florida, -3

i'm....a'ight.
Not overly thrilled. We've had a couple games we looked like warm horseshite. We should be much more dominant and I'm being serious. This feels just like last year. We're good but not playing like we can.

Come on now, really? You have had some pretty good wins.
It doesn't matter.
We are quite literally at the danger area in terms of results in which Sumlin needs to be fired but won't be.
Anything short of 8 regular season wins should equal an automatic firing this season.
Anything over 9 regular season wins would mean his job was safe.
He's going to frick around and finish 8-5 again after ANOTHER 5-0 start.
With how epic the stench of the upcoming 2017 season will be, this was the worst possible scenario for A&M.

Win out and we're 8-4, one game better than last year with the attrition of losing 2 RB's and a QB

8 to start. 1 after week 4. Up to 7 before Bama. Settled in at a solid 5.5 right now.

If LSU hires Jimbo it'll all be worth it

3 I would be thrilled with our record given what we lost from players graduating but... we've gotten curb stomped by some very middle of the road teams this year.
If we win out this will be the worst 9 win team in the history of Arkansas football.

As a LSU fan there would be a certain sweet irony in actually losing to A&M this year. In doing so we'd be almost certain to eliminate the talk about Orgeron for head coach and saddle A&M with Sumlin for at least one more year.
